Account information. When you join the waitlist or become a member, we collect your name, email address, business name, and business website URL. This information is necessary to verify your identity and business legitimacy.
Usage data. We collect basic analytics data including pages visited, time on site, and referral source. We use Google Analytics (GA4) and Ahrefs Web Analytics for this purpose.
Communication data. If you contact us or participate in community interactions, we store the content of those communications.
How We Use Your Information
We use your information to operate and improve LocalReviewClub, verify member businesses, facilitate community interactions, send membership-related communications, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties.
Data Sharing
We share data only with service providers necessary to operate LocalReviewClub: Cloudflare (hosting), Resend (email delivery), and analytics providers (Google Analytics, Ahrefs). These providers process data on our behalf under their respective privacy policies.
Data Retention
We retain your account information for as long as your membership is active. If you cancel your membership or request deletion, we will remove your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
